Casa Punta Lada is a newly renovated head of a terraced house inside the Residence Il Poggio, in Punta Lada. The property is on two floors: On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, and on the first floor the living area, with open kitchen, living room and view of the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, co ee machine, kettle and toaster. Casa Punta Lada can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The house is surrounded by a lawn that is maintained daily. Inside the Residence, at guests’ disposal, the swimming pool and the tennis court.

Arranged on two floors, it consists of a double bedroom, with en suite bathroom on the upper floor and on the lower floor, a bedroom that can accommodate 4 people, also with en-suite bathroom.
The living area is comfortable, the kitchen is open, with induction hob and dishwasher.
The exterior is the real delight of this property with white resin floors that return the light, and the view of the open countryside and the wonderful sea of San Teodoro.

After a day at the beach, you can enjoy an aperitif at one of the two beachfront bars and restaurants, or take a stroll towards the other beautiful bays in the area. Pittulongu is well served by pharmacies, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, making your stay easy and worry‑free.
The house, 85 sqm all on one level, features two bedrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a new shower. And for quieter evenings, the terrace is the perfect spot to unwind with a good glass of wine and some music in the garden.

The house can comfortably accommodate 8 people, and is fully equipped (private parking space and wifi included).

In the very heart of the historical city center of Olbia, this apartment is perfect to accomodate a family or two couple of friends, with its two double bedrooms and the two batrhooms. A nice terrace is equipped with a small dining area. All around the property shops, bars and typical sardinian restaurants are reachable in a few minute walk. Wifi, air conditioning and a laundry machine are available for the guests.

Villa Summer is a semi-detached house set on the floor level of a building on the hill of Pittulongu, 450 mt far from the most beautiful beaches in the Olbia area. It is composed as follow: three large double bedrooms, newly decorated, with en-suite bathrooms and private access, a large well-equipped outside area. A confortable living room with an open kitchen is sourrounded by a well-kept loan. A private parking is available for the guests, free wi-fi, and AC in every room.
